❌ Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons:
- ✗ Wigs that have been worn, styled, cut, or altered
- ✗ Opened essential oils or aromatherapy products
- ✗ Lashes or opened cosmetic items
- ✗ Items without original packaging or tags
- ✗ Products marked as "Final Sale"
